Detailed schedule:

​

1st day: Reception from 2:30 pm at the Canyons do Sul agency, presentation of the program, transfer to accommodation and check-in.

2nd day: After breakfast, departure at 8:30 am towards Cambará do Sul, in Canyon Fortaleza, we hike to the top of the viewpoint, the main view of the canyon, we return to Cambará do Sul, where we will stop at Casa do Mel ( Tasting) and at Sabores da Querencia (Tasting of artisanal and organic jams and ice creams produced in Cambará). We then took off for the Itaimbezinho Canyon, stopping for a snack in the park's picnic area. After walking on the vertex trail and at the end visit to Grandpa Marçal and Vó Maria's cafe to taste the delicious pine nut pastry from the people of Peraus. Expected return at 5:30 pm.

3rd day: We meet about an hour before sunrise for reception and check-in for the balloon flight operation, we carry out the flight lasting 40 minutes to 1 hour with a sparkling wine toast at the end. Expected return two hours after the start of the flight. We return to the accommodation, time for breakfast, and then departure for the Malacara Canyon trail. Expected return at 1:30 pm. Rest of the day free to rest and explore the city center.
